Generate service user
The tutor or student clicks "Send Bulk Call" to launch a service user scenario which calls the trainees terminals

Answer call
The student answers the AI call just as they would in normal working conditions, and speaks back and forth with the AI caller

Practice learnt skills
The student uses your triage system to process the scenario details including: real life location, service user details and a realistic scenario
